When your plan starts
Your plan starts on your ORCA account as soon as your payment is confirmed. There is nothing to wait for and nothing to collect.
Where we deliver
ORCA is meant for use in Pakistan, and your plan works anywhere in the country.
If your plan has not started
If it has not started within an hour of payment, email contact@orca.pk or call us on 0333 5124169. We give you access within 3 working days.
Returns
There is nothing physical to return. Cancellations and refunds follow our refund, return and cancellation policy.
