What is ORCA?
ORCA is market intelligence for the Pakistan Stock Exchange. It brings market data licensed from PSX together with tools to read it, so you can see the money behind the price.
Is ORCA investment advice?
No. ORCA is an information and research tool. It never tells you what to buy or sell, and your decisions stay your own.
Can I buy or sell shares through ORCA?
No. ORCA is not a broker, and nothing on it executes trades. You trade through your own broker.
Where does the data come from?
From Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. ORCA is an authorised data vendor of PSX, and the data is licensed from it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, once per person, and how long it lasts depends on when you join: the first 100 people to join the orca.pk waitlist before launch get 30 days, and the next 900 people to start a trial get 14 days. Every account after them gets at least 7 days. Starting a trial may take a small card check, which is always refunded.
How do I pay?
By card or mobile wallet on our website, such as Easypaisa or JazzCash. The checkout shows which wallets we accept. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card number or your wallet PIN. The price you see includes any taxes that apply.
How do I cancel?
Email contact@orca.pk from the email address on your account and we stop the next renewal. If you subscribed through an app store, cancel in that store's settings.
Can I get a refund?
Every new account is offered a free trial, so you can try ORCA before you pay. If you pay full price for a plan other than Pod, the student plan, you can cancel within 7 days of a payment and get back the days you have not used. Trials, the student plan, promotions and discounted packages are not refunded. Our refund, return and cancellation policy has the detail.
What do you do with my data?
We use it to run your account and ORCA. We never sell your personal information or share it with advertisers. Our privacy policy has the detail.
